Rothney Observatory "Howdy Neighbour BBQ"

Great Turn-out for the Rothney Astrophysical Observatory's Annual "Howdy Neighbour BBQ"

If you missed the event, you will have to watch for it again next year!  It was a great evening of education, conversation and food wrapped up with a tour of the Observatory.  See below for more...

Dr. Phil Langil from the University of Calgary always does a brilliant job of making the complicated world of Astrophysics and bringing to a level that everyone can understand, appreciate and enjoy.

It is a great resource that we have in our MD and we need to do what we can to protect it by keeping our skies dark and following the MD's Dark Sky Bylaw.
